This policy explains how Tinyjob (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you use our Telegram bot to post jobs or look for work. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect this information directly from you through your messages to the bot, on Telegram or in the web chat at tinyjob.datawater.co. If you use the web chat, we use your email address only to send you sign-in codes and to identify your account, and we set one cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, and you should not send it to us.
To run the service we disclose some information to the following providers. Because these providers operate outside Australia, some of your information is disclosed and processed overseas (APP 8). We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled appropriately, but you consent to this overseas handling by using the service.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Your information is stored in an access-controlled database on our servers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can erase your data at any time with /deletemydata.

tap “I Agree” before any processing begins. By agreeing and continuing to use Tinyjob,
you consent to the collection, use and overseas disclosure described in this policy.
You can withdraw consent at any time using /stop or /deletemydata.
